Spicy Pork Riblets

Hey Creative Foodie - This one's for you!!

Recipe: Follow the directions on the back of the packet for Grandma's Spicy Chicken Curry mix with the following alterations.

  1. Marinate Pork Riblets with Spice Packet 1 as a dry rub for 45 mins. Then add yogurt and oil to the riblets and marinate for 2 hours.
  2. Grill pork to lightly char them, then cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees in oven for 1 hour.
  3. Remove foil and top riblets with Spice packet 2 sauce (sauce made per Grandma Spicy Chicken recipe); use red and yellow pepper instead of green pepper. 
  4. Add 4 tablespoons of coconut milk to sauce.
  5. Cook another 30 mins covered with foil. 
  6. Remove from oven and squirt with lemon juice.

Serve and enjoy!!

Fabulous!

I had this sitting in the back of my pantry for a bit with the best intentions of making it, but always forgetting to pick a component up at the store. I am so sad that I waited so long to make it! It was fabulous!! We had it for dinner last night and I followed the video instructions to use my Instant Pot. So warm and comforting. I did not quite have a full cup of heavy cream, so I did 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup half and half with perfect results. Very easy and tasty! I will certainly be stocking up!

Family Favorite!

I have two picky kids that can never agree on what they like to eat. We all love the Beef Keema! I am looking forward to trying other Anar flavors!

Cooking this recipe was very easy and I was able to cook in my Instant Pot based on the video posted on the website. The final product was very good!

This has turned into a family favorite and we eat it at least once a month. It makes a ton, so there’s always leftovers. This is a must try!

We met you at the Washington Food show in DC last year and loved the products we bought then - a Chickpeas Curry and a Dal. Decided to buy again since we are doing so much cooking at home and your products were delicious and so easy to use. Haven’t had a chance to try the new things we ordered but can’t wait.
