Yogurt Cucumber Raita
Here is the recipe:
Use approximately 1 cup yogurt (plain, non-fat Stonyfield brand preferred), add salt taste along with the 1/4-1/2 cup of de-seeded cucumber (diced into small bits). That's it.
There are of course more complex Raita's you can make with many more spices, but this simple and easy version is sure to delight you. It's one of my favorites.
