Authentic Indian cuisine prepared with ease!

We have thoroughly enjoyed all of Anar spice mixes. The chicken tiki masala is a favorite in our house. A wonderful introduction to Indian cuisine for my 84 year old mother in law. She allay requests it to be on the menu and loves the leftovers too.

AMAZING!

We had the chicken tikka masala last night. It was AMAZING! I can't believe I've been missing out all these years. I made it in the instapot and it turned out perfect. I couldn't stop eating it. My wife and both of my kids loved it too (which doesn't happen often). I will be ordering more for sure.

Tikka Masala Creativity

I tried two of Priya's samples while she was doing a demo at Whole Foods in Pittsburgh and was impressed by the flavor of her spice blends and also that she was the founder of her small business. I bought the Tikka Masala packet and couldn't wait to try it at home. I decided to use some leftover roasted lamb in place of chicken and added butternut squash and some raisins for a twist. I did the stove top method and boy did it turn out to be a wonderful dish. It is hard to imagine it being better doing the overnight marinade and then oven roasting but I want to try it this way to compare. My house smelled wonderful for a couple of days actually. This was definitely the most flavorful Tikka Masala I have had outside of a quality Indian restaurant and I would say if done the more traditional way it may even be better than what I have experienced at any restaurant. Great job Priya on your spice blending mastery and I can't wait to try other packets. Easy and enjoyable. A perfect match.

A very special and meaningful birthday gift for my husband

I purchased Anar's virtual cooking class as a special birthday gift for my husband. He loves Indian food and I've never felt confident enough to make it at home. The entire experience was beyond exceptional, from the moment we received the purchased space packets in a beautifully packed box (with a custom birthday note to my husband) to the experience of cooking together in the virtual class with our warm and supportive guide. My husband has allergies to both dairy and gluten and Priya from Anar was able to customize the recipes for the class to meet his needs. She encouraged us each step of the way so now I no longer feel intimidated by Indian cooking! My husband is thrilled because now I have several Indian recipes I can make at home using the accessible and delicious Anar spice packs. I highly recommend the virtual classes because they are special, really fun, and a great way to build confidence with using the spice packets. We are now customers for life!

Excellent Christmas gift!

I bought this class for my mom for Christmas and it was the perfect gift! We live in different states and we both love to cook, so this was a great way to do something fun "together". Priya was an engaging and considerate teacher, and the food was spectacular. I was secretly hoping to "accidentally" make it too spicy for my husband so I wouldn't have to share, but no dice, he loves it too. An excellent experience!

Our nine year olds favorite dinner!

We were so surprised when our very picky eater fell in love with this spice packet. He requests it a few times a week and we are not complaining. It’s got wonderful flavors without being spicy 🌶️. Potato curry is amazing, as are all the other kits we’ve tried. We initially tried the keema at the home show in Pittsburgh, my husband would never try Indian food before.
