We did a private virtual Cooking class with Priya. We couldn't have had more fun and the food was amazing. It was probably the best Indian food I've ever had.

The class itself was so fun. Priya is very friendly, funny, and keeps it low stress so we weren't feeling rushed or like we were doing anything wrong. We bought all of the fresh ingredients based on the list she sent, and used the spices she sent to us (which she said she makes herself)! It was so good. We made chicken tiki masala, keema, and saag paneer, and coconut rice. We were supposed to make a little dessert with puffy rice but we forgot to buy the actual puffy rice, so she just showed us how to make it.

I cannot recommend the class more. Thank you Priya!

I enjoy all the Anar kits. This Spicy Chicken Marinade kit is one of my favorites. It's easy to make and gives my chicken a wonderful flavor. Just the right amount of spice for my taste. If you want something a bit less spicy, jus follow the cooking tips from What that come with the product. Yum!

I have a difficult time getting my kids to eat vegetables, but they LOVE this spice mix. I work full time from home, so I have zero time for dinner. I have been able to basically make takeout (which is around $100 for our large family) 2 times a week with this mix! With grocery store red onions, this is what I did:

3PM: Slow cook red onions on low
4PM: Add large package frozen spinach. Add can of coconut milk. Air fry cubed extra firm tofu. Make basmati rice in the rice cooker.
5PM: Added tofu to spinach.
5:30: Dinner!

I don't remember when I added the spice packets (there were two), because I recycled the packets with the instructions. :)

I made it twice this way, and everybody loved it. The small one ate, even though it was spicy. Even though this isn't authentic, I might try it with sweet potatoes and spinach? I'm trying to eat more veggies. I'm online getting more!

Grandma’s Spicy Chicken has always been a family favorite and just tonight expanded the recipes to make with this seasoning kit using it for pork tenderloin. Excellent dish with no modifications just substituting the protein. We love Anar gourmet foods!
