Virtual Indian Cooking Class – Indian Cooking Made Easy

A live, hands-on virtual cooking experience with Priya, Founder of Anar Gourmet Foods — available nationwide, from anywhere. Make delicious Indian food at home, designed for cooks of all skill levels — no experience necessary.

In this interactive cook-along, you will:

• Learn to make authentic and fusion Indian dishes using Anar Gourmet Foods' seasoning kits and fresh, everyday ingredients
• Build confidence cooking Indian food at home with no prior experience required
• Pick up practical tips and techniques that simplify Indian cooking
• Cook alongside Priya to prepare a flavorful Indian dinner your whole family and friends will enjoy

Class Format & Safety

This is a live, hands-on virtual class. Participants will be chopping, sautéing, and cooking on the stove and/or in the oven. We move step-by-step at a comfortable pace, with a strong emphasis on kitchen safety.

Adult supervision and participation are required, especially when children are involved, as knives, heat, and hot cookware will be used.

Pricing & Scheduling

• $25 per person for 1 dish and 1 accompaniment.
• Minimum class fee: $100 (or 4 participants per class).
• Children under 16 attend free (unless registering for a dedicated kids’ class).
• Classes generally last 1 - 1 1/2 hours, depending on dish cooked.
• Cooking classes need to be scheduled in advance.

Note: Pricing Exclusions

• Class fee does not include the cost or shipping of spice packets.
• Special dietary accommodations or customized recipe variations outside our existing seasoning kits incur a $50 flat fee per dish or accompaniment to cover recipe development time and related costs.
