On those days you want something warm, comforting and vegan/ vegetarian. Nothing beats the flavors of this simple South Indian homemade potato curry made with my Grandma’s “secret” homemade Andhra curry powder and other spices ! Adding egg to it is optional. However, I just love how well it melds all the flavors together and takes the edge off of spicy 🌶 heat.
Pair it with Naan, chapatis or rice . Enjoy eating this very special homemade dish ! 😋.
