Wow! Every time I make dinner with one of your spice packs Priya, it always turns out incredibly delicious! This was my first time cooking the Ground Beef (Keema) Curry. We absolutely loved it! The taste is authentic and delicious! The instructions are easy to follow, and the ingredients are easy to find at any local grocery store (added to your spice mixes). I tried two of Priya's samples while she was doing a demo at Whole Foods in Pittsburgh and was impressed by the flavor of her spice blends and also that she was the founder of her small business. I bought the Tikka Masala packet and couldn't wait to try it at home. I decided to use some leftover roasted lamb in place of chicken and added butternut squash and some raisins for a twist. I did the stove top method and boy did it turn out to be a wonderful dish. It is hard to imagine it being better doing the overnight marinade and then oven roasting but I want to try it this way to compare. My house smelled wonderful for a couple of days actually. This was definitely the most flavorful Tikka Masala I have had outside of a quality Indian restaurant and I would say if done the more traditional way it may even be better than what I have experienced at any restaurant. Great job Priya on your spice blending mastery and I can't wait to try other packets. Easy and enjoyable. A perfect match.

OMG! I LOVE your detailed and thoughtful review. I'm so thrilled that you put your own twist to my chicken tikka masala seasoning blend and used it with leftover roasted lamb instead. I actually have some leftover roasted leg of lamb in the fridge (for real!) and was wondering what to do with it. Now I know how I will use it. Thank you for that delicious idea. !
